One of our most popular campsites, action-packed Bonne Anse Plage is bordered by pine forest that leads to ocean, and the park is cycling and walking distance from the seaside town of La Palmyre, where there is a stunning sandy beach. The resort has a giant swimming pool with a massive water slide, and family-friendly facilities includes climbing ropes, a trampoline, mini-golf, playgrounds, archery, a multi-sports pitches, boules and beach volleyball - plenty for all ages to enjoy!

Giant pool complex
The Bonne Anse Plage aquatic complex offers 1,075m² of pure fun! The pool is huge, there are 3 fun slides and a toddler pool with mini slide for the little ones. The pools are watched carefully at all times by qualified lifeguards.
Opening hours:
April: from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
May and June: 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
July - August: 10:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
September: 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
The entire aquatic area is open in July and August. 1 pool at least as well as the slides and the splash zone are open the rest of the season (except October and November).

Our energetic entertainments team organises a programme of gamers and activities throughout the day, and in the evening the fun moves to the outdoor stage for dancing, karaoke and cabaret, plus weekly shows where our team get to showcase their jaw-dropping talents.

There's lots for children to do at Bonne Anse Plage, including the three organised children's clubs which are suitable for all ages! They are open 5 days a week, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon and non-stop during the day once a week. Your children will love making new friends at our welcoming and inclusive clubs, with bilingual entertainers.

Teen Club 12 years and over
A Bubbles Space for children aged 1 to 3 accompanied by a parent is also at your disposal.

Places to visit near Bonne Anse Plage holiday park
Love the beach? Then you'll love Bonne Anse Plage. The fantastic options include the giant sandy beach at nearby La Palmyre, sheltered coves at Bureau and Conché, a large cove at Nauzan which is popular with sailors, and Platin beach which has beautiful views of the Terre Nègre lighthouse. Follow the Sentier des Douaniers along the coast to discover these wonderful spots.

La Palmyre Zoo
This fabulous zoo in La Palmyre is home to an endangered species programme as well as showcasing over 1600 animals, birds and reptiles. It is one of the most popular zoos in France, famous for it's pink flamingos and popcorn-eating giraffes!

Luna Park
Enjoy the thrills and spills of a great fun fair, open during July and August, every evening from 8pm. There are lots of rides for all ages; it's a fun night out at nearby Les Mathes.

Walks along the Côte Sauvage
There are footpaths and cycle ways all along the coastline here, with great views across the sea and place such as the Coubre lighthouse to explore. Head to the Bouverie beach for a great place to bodyboard and surf, carefully watched over by lifeguards during July and August.

Royan
For great seafood, head to the town of Royan. This 1950s town, rebuilt after the war, has a lovely bay with a host of seafood restaurants overlooking the sea. You can easily spend an afternoon browsing the shops, before heading to the seafront for a drink and something to eat whilst watching the sun set over the water.

The island of Oléron
This pretty island, which can be reached by a bridge, is a lovely place for a bike ride. Take one of the many cycle ways and discover the pretty beaches and the inland nature reserves. Don't miss the 'P’tit train de Saint Trojan', a little tourist train which trundles through the peaceful pine forest to the beach.
